Sneaky Canucks Swap Soup on Sly

Here we thought only Portland, Phoenix, and West Seattle were kicking off the 2008 Soup Swap Frenzy this weekend. We got home from Portland's Soup Swap to see this picture from Vancouver, BC.

Oana writes they were "a couple of weeks early because we're out of town for the rest of the month" and that "the Vancouver, BC soup swap went off without a hitch. Twelve soups were exchanged and everyone went home happy and looking forward to next year's. Success!"

Here's a picture before the very popular minestrone and mulligatawny disappeared. Well done, Vancouver. All this taunting of Montreal and there you were on the sly with frozen soup at the ready. Vancouver, BC: the first Soup Swap we know of in Canada. That's awesome.
